PRE-PLANNING

- Attendance at up to 3 vendor meetings
- 1 hour site check to finalize floor plan and vendor set ups
- 1 hour ceremony rehearsal the week of your wedding

ON-SITE MANAGEMENT
Up to 10 hours day of coordination. This includes 2 hour set-up to make sure all of your personal decor and vendors are set up correctly as well as 1 hour post-event breakdown of vendors and personals. One full day assistant is also included. We'll make sure you and your bridal party/vendors run on time and have fun!
